Maintenance & Support
First-line support should always be by the hospital IT department who are responsible for managing the servers hosting the EmergencyList system and all of the networks, PCs and browser software used by it. They will also be responsible for any backup and disaster recovery systems.
Accent Design Group, the developers of EmergencyList, does however offer a support and maintenance contract, which offers email and telephone support for usage and integration issues during normal business hours and also includes software updates for release of amendments and new features.
